Upon Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, please check your product’s packaging for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or if the tape on the package appears to have been tampered with for any reason, do not sign any documents related to the delivery. Instead, return the package to the courier and request that an official report be prepared.
Once you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be promptly shipped to you. If you accept delivery of packages that are damaged or claimed to have missing contents, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items inside.
